Matthew Fernandez
Grand Vice Consul (National Vice President)

As GVC, Matt serves as the Director of Expansion for Tau Delta Phi Fraternity. Matt holds a B.A. in Political Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Matt currently works at a school with students who have Autism and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Special Education. As Grand Scribe Matt was noted for his concise and acurate meeting notes.


Joseph W. Keber
Grand Consul (National President)

As Grand Consul, Joe is the executive officer of the Fraternity. Joe has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Joe is also pursuing an MBA. During his term as Grand Scribe, Joe focused on improving communication between the chapters and the National Fraternity. Joe is consistently involved in the leadership of his chapter alumni association. He is also a Board of Director on the Management Company, who oversees the chapter Housing Corporations. Now as Grand Consul, Joe is looking to expand Tau Delta Phi and make our Fraternity stronger. Joe is not only a Fraternity leader, but also leads teams at his place of business.


Ron Bramsen
Expansion Coordinator

Ron is a senior contributor for our expansion team. Ron has an M.S. in Transportation Engineering and a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the Polytechnic University. He has had extensive Executive Council experience spanning over 30 years including service as the Director of Expansion. As an undergraduate, he was a founder of his chapter at Polytechnic University where he served as Vice-Consul, Scribe, and Recruitment Chair of his chapter. He has also been involved extensively, as an alumnus, in the “Inter-Greek” community of the NIC and the FEA for almost 20 years. Besides being a member of the Expansion Team he is also developing the New York Metro Alumni Association. Ron is also a recipient of the Fraternity’s highest award the “Convention Key”.


Michael Liguori
Member of the Board / Expansion Coordinator

Michael holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology where he is also pursuing a graduate degree in the same field. Michael has been involved with expansion initiatives for over a year. As an undergraduate, Michael was Consul and Magister of his chapter and was involved heavily within the Greek community. Michael is also involved in the development of his own chapter’s alumni association and housing corporation.


Mike Lucia
Expansion Coordinator

Mike holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mike served as the Consul and Magister of our chapter there, Tau Epsilon. Mike has shown remarkable maturity and systemic leadership abilities throughout his term as Consul. Under his direction, the Tau Epsilon chapter has seen marked improvement in all areas of chapter operations. Mike is looking to expand Tau Delta Phi from the inside and on new horizons.


Peter Larionoff
Grand Histroian / Expansion Coordinator

Pete holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Ramapo College. As an undergraduate, he was the chapter Scribe and Consul. Pete is the Grand Historian of the National Fraternity. Pete seeks to rededicate our history and preserve some our most important fraternal documents dating back almost 100 years. Pete also serves as a dedicated alumnus of the Delta Iota Chapter at Ramapo College.


Chris Lundy
Expansion Coordinator

Chris holds a B.A. in Political Science at the Ramapo College of New Jersey. Chris served as the Steward and as the undergraduate representative to the housing corporation for the Delta Iota Chapter. Chris has shown capable leadership and a civic-minded personal style that has made him an up and coming National leader. Chris is looking to help Tau Delta Phi and instill values of civic involvement and commitment.
