Chapter Leadership

The Tau Delta Phi Chapter is a home away from home for brothers, aids the Fraternity in bringing in new members, performs service for the community, and is a positive social outlet for the college campus. In order for any chapter to accomplish these tasks it takes leadership.

Fraternities are lead by exceptional men who stand above the rest to lead. With realistic and tangible goals in place, their leadership skills can guide the chapter to the desired levels of success and brotherhood. Leaders motivate and make the men around them better.

The leaders of a chapter are the men responsible to see the Fraternity and Chapter's vision through to the end. Part of being a leader from time to time is to make tough decisions. Leaders must be prepared to weigh all the options carefully and select the best course for the group.

In the end, these responsibilities not only fall on the shoulders of the Consul and the rest of the Executive Board, but they also fall to all chapter members. All fraters should look to do their part and contribute in some capacity to promote the Fraternity's ideals.
