The Tau Delta Phi Management Company

Background

The Tau Delta Phi Management Company is a for-profit corporation in which 100% of the shares are owned by Tau Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. The purpose of the Management Company is to offer management contracts to the house corporations of Tau Delta Phi and to chapters in need of aid. All House Corporations of Tau Delta Phi are required to sign a service agreement with the Management Company. Each board memeber is appointed by the Grand Consul and confirmed by the Executive Council. The Management Company offers the following services to each House Corporation:

  • Budget Creation
  • Funds Management
  • Tax/Accounting Services
  • Educational Sessions
