Executive Council 2008 - 2010 Elected
At the recently concluded Grand Chapter Meeting held August 14 - 17 in Savannah, GA the next Executive Council was elected. Newly elected Grand Consul Shaun Armhold of Delta Kappa takes office as the 44th Grand Consul of Tau Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. In addition to being the first Grand Consul elected from the Delta Kappa Chapter, Shaun offers the Fraternity his hard work and dedication that will help the Fraternity grow and succeed. Shaun, together with the rest of the new Executive Council, look forward to leading the Fraternity to our 100 year anniversary at the 2010 National Convention!
Tau Delta Phi & GoodSearch
Tau Delta Phi Fraternity has teamed up with GoodSearch.com, a search engine powered by Yahoo! which donates 50% of its revenue to the charities and schools designated by its users. The Fraternity has partnered with GoodSearch to be one of those charities. Through this website, the Tau Delta Phi recevies a donation for each search users run. GoodSearch also offers a service, GoodShop which works with hundreds of online retailers to offer the Fraternity a percentage of sales made when a user enters that store from GoodShop. An example of how this can benefit both an undergraduate and the Fraternity as a whole would be if the undergrad is shopping for discounted books online. He can simply go to GoodShop.com and select Amazon.com, EBay.com, Buy.com, or any other retailer of their choosing through GoodShop and make their purchases. It's that simple!
