This form is for Convention Delegates, Attending Non-Delegate Members, and Executive Council Members along with their significant other / guest(s). Package 1 - $250 Delegate / Member Package: Single Delegate / Member in one shared room with two Queen Beds
Package 2 - $350 Delegate / Member Deluxe Package: Single Delegate / Member in one single room with one King Bed
Package 3 - $650 Family Package: Single Delegate / Member includes up to 3 non-member guests in a room with two Queen Beds
